Please fill out the form to submit your general inquiries, comments, and complaints to the First Nations Lenders’ Authority.
The FNLA will review any and all General Inquiries and Complaints in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Charter and Dispute Resolution Policy, and where appropriate, with the assistance of professional and legal advisors. Any Complaints about a Lender who has been certified by the FNLA must be submitted in writing to the FNLA at the email address below or by using the appropriate form.
The FNLA will respond to all Complaints in a prompt manner and will seek the appropriate resolutions between a Complainant and Lender.
